Independence, method and clear limits.
1Independence
KD does not implement third-party tools or take commissions for recommending them. In this market, the conflict of interest with the vendor is the risk nobody puts in the contract. We do: an annual declaration and an independence clause in every engagement.
2T3-IA protocol
It requires cross-checking between at least two of three models (synthesis, visualisation, verification) and resolving any discrepancy against a primary source. A human sits at the centre. The author — or the consultant — signs.
3Limits
We are not a professional partnership. We don't conduct legal proceedings. Expert reports, when they come, will be produced by suitably qualified professionals. Care for people who work with digital violence content is not decorative: rotation, supervision and the right to refuse opaque hyper-personalisation work involving victims or minors.
In digital violence, our other line of research is the timestamped logbook: date and integrity (eIDAS), never the truth of the account. It is research, not a service.
